McCollum: chain of negligence and liability

Abstract: A paper which considers the McCollum case, in which it was asserted that a record company should be held liable for the suicide of a mentally disturbed listener who was influenced by Ozzy Osbourne's music. The paper compares this case to the judgment in Weirum, and looks at aspects of liability and the chain of negligence. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
