Tragedy as Viewed by Philosophers

Abstract: This 5 page paper presents a look at tragedy as a concept, but mostly for how it is viewed by a variety of philosophers. The old Greek tragedy concept is touched on as well as the master/salve paradigm. Many of Nietzsche's ideas are discussed. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
