Free Movement Of Persons Within The European Community

Abstract: 10 pages in length. The benefit of being a foreign national residing in another member state has gained significant value with the application of the European Community's provisions on free movement. However, there are circumstances inherent to each individual that may preclude absolute inclusion into a new community, some of which are left up to the individual states to decide under umbrella protection of the EC. While it may be legally questionable as to the circumstances under which Reena was unable to secure work from various employers, there is no question as to the viable actions taken on account of her association with a French terrorist organization.
