Abstract: Washington, D.C., is made up of a number of complex neighborhood regions that have distinct topography, economic conditions, land use and local problems. This 10 page paper is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Georgetown neighborhood, relating factors like location and internal layout, the people, historic preservation in the community, historical development and a range of other applicable elements that provide a substantive view of this community.
