Abstract: The first thing anyone will notice when observing the Bush White House and its Advisors is that it has color. Instead of talking about Affirmative Action, George W. Bush has included people of color on his actual consultant staff. Three names easily come to mind, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Alberto Gonzales, the latter his candidate for the Supreme Court Justice position.
