Harmony and Cohesion in the EU

Abstract: This 6 page paper considers what is meant by cohesion and harmony and how these should be seen in the development and expansion of the European Union. The paper looks at three potential threats to progression; the lack of real democracy, the failure to agree or develop a common foreign and security policy (CFSP) and the way that compliance is sought with the use of political force when not given voluntarily.
