Abstract: A 10 page comparison of these early twentieth century self portraits. The author provides a graphical description of each and contends that the work of each of these artists is intended as much more than a physical record of their appearance. Instead, it is a reflection of the many factors which have shaped their lives. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
