Its political makeup is considered by some to be outdated and in need of a major overhaul, with critics noting how the Opposition -- whose original purpose was to balance the two-party system -- no longer serves a purpose. Australia's language is primarily English along with a large percentage of natives who speak their own tongue, while three types of faith represents more than 75% of the population.
