Napoleon/Rise to Power & Military Strategy

Abstract: A 10 page research paper that focuses on Napoleon's rise to power, his strategy at the battle of Austerlitz and the Treaty of Tilsit. Mixed in with his statecraft, however, was his vaulting ambition and his desire to found a dynasty, making his family name the leading name in Europe. Looking at Napoleon's life, his achievements and defeats, demonstrates how close he came to achieving his goal. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
