Abstract: This is a 4 page paper discussing the characteristics of the new Soviet man and woman as promoted by the Bolshevik Revolution. The Russian Revolution in 1917 was initiated by the masses of peasants, workers and educated classes who suffered under the oppressive government and were supported by the efforts of the Bolsheviks.
