The State of the U.S. Army led to the Kasserine Pass Tragedy

Abstract: This 5 page paper supports the view that it was an underfunded, under trained army that led to mass loss of life in the battle of Kasserine Pass during World War II. While the U.S. won the battle, there were many casualties and it was deemed a mistake. The mistake could have been averted if the army were better prepared. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
