Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing the art of this graphic designer. The quadrille was but one of the components of the lively Paris nightlife found in Montmartre at the end of the 19th century. It provided Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1864-1901) with a beginning point for public display of his artwork in the form of posters for Moulin Rouge, Jane Avril, May Belfort, Chocolat, La Goulue, and Yvette Guilbert.
