English-Only Rules in the Workplace

Abstract: 7 pages. English-only rules should be in place in the workplace because if one is working and living in America it should be expected that only that national language should be used at work. Whether the native tongue is spoken at home or not is immaterial; the workplace is a different matter altogether. This paper cites the argument that English-only rules in the workplace are fair and should not be considered culturally biased. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
