The Foods of Africa

Abstract: 5 pages. The native foods of Africa are quite different from what we know here in America. Some people in Africa consider mice quite a delicacy; others harvest fruits and vegetables about which we have little knowledge in our country. This is an interesting paper and gives a detailed insight about the foods of different regions in Africa and how some of these foods are used in ceremonies and holidays.
