Elections: U.S. 2000 vs Nigeria 1993

Abstract: A 5 page paper. Many have written that the 2000 presidential election in the United States was hijacked by the U.S. Supreme Court. If this is true, then the election process is little, if any better than that found in numerous other nations where election rigging is a national event. The writer addresses these thoughts using Nigeria and Belarus as examples. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
