The Art and Landscape Of The Netherlands

Abstract: A 7 page paper that discusses the way in which art represents the geography and landscape of the Netherlands. This paper reviews the works of 4 artists, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Habbema and Vermeer and argues that the works of the latter two artists significantly represent the landscapes and natural beauty, while also considering the importance of cities and physical structures in the landscape of the Netherlands. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
