Abstract: 5 pages in length. The social, political and economical impact of the arts has been vast and encompassing to understanding Europe and North America. Throughout the Baroque, Enlightenment and Romantic Periods, the world was changing in leaps and bounds; indeed, those within artistic circles were not to be left behind.
