Free Will In Society

Abstract: The argument surrounding free will and determinism is as old as intellectual discourse, however, the implications of such a discussion within the confines of society brings the argument into the realm of productive citizenship. This 3 page paper argues that the extent of social determinism is limited by the individual's responsibility to just action based on articles by Martin Luther King, Jr. and Walter Stace in the book, Current Issues And Enduring Questions by Sylvan Barnet and Hugo Bedau.
