Gun Control is Necessary

Abstract: In 4 pages the author discusses the theory that gun control is necessary. People need firearms, but those firearms should be restricted. Not just any person should be able access firearms. This necessitates harsh laws toward gun use. The American people can not have it both ways. If they wish to have firearms there must be control. If they wish to not be controlled, then they should be willing to give up their firearms. Bibliography lists10 sources.
