Abstract: This 6 page paper explores the region ten years after the Gulf War and assesses what has happened over the course of a decade. Attention to technology and military preparedness is provided and a description and comparison of countries in the region is also included. Iraq's invasion of Kuwait and the subsequent war in the Gulf is discussed. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
