The Political Role of non-Government Organizations (NGO)

Abstract: This 8 page report discusses non-governmental organizations and their abilities in regard to addressing the fundamental problems of the human condition around the world. They are able to do so outside of the political and regulatory parameters that are most often imposed on government agencies. NGOs are also able to accomplish what governments and corporations cannot. NGOs have been successful throughout the world in backing projects designed to predict and prevent threats to states, individuals, and the environment. Bibliography lists 9 sources.
